Order and Delivery
Delivery typically takes 1-2 working days (Mon – Fri). During peak periods such as festive occasions/holidays, there may be delays. We will advise accordingly during such periods. You may track your order by logging into your account.
Yes you can. Our warehouse is located at 2 Clementi Loop SG 129809 and we are open Mon – Fri 9am-3pm. Do indicate in the comments section of your order that you wish to self collect and let us know which day/time you will be doing so.
In the unfortunate event of damaged/wrong/missing items, do reach out to us immediately and we can arrange for either a refund or replacement as soon as we can.
We appreciate the global interest in our products. However, please note that our shipping services are currently limited to Singapore only. Unfortunately, we are not able to process overseas orders at this time.
If an order from outside Singapore is placed without prior communication and agreement, we will have to process a refund. Please be aware that the refund will be issued after deducting transaction fees. This is handled on a case-by-case basis.

Rewards
Our rewards program is free to join and all you need to do is register an account with us to get started.
Our rewards program allows you to earn points with every purchase. These points can be used to redeem a variety of vouchers and gifts. The points you have accumulated and the items available for redemption will be displayed at your login page. We will refresh the redeemable items regularly so that you can enjoy a variety of unique rewards that you deserve.
– You earn 1 point for every $1 of purchase. Certain items that are on promotion will not be eligible to earn points and this will be indicated clearly on the individual listings. You can also earn points through a variety of ways:
– Refer a friend 300 points
– Follow Geonbae on Instagram 5 points
– Follow Geonbae on Facebook 5 points
– Write a review 10 points
– Add a photo to your review 10 points
– Add a video to your review 10 points
The available vouchers you can apply will be displayed on the order checkout page where you can select which voucher you wish to utilize. Do note that only 1 voucher can be applied for each order and some vouchers may have expiry dates.
