How does it taste?

Jinro is Back (JIB) has a smoother and rounder texture compared to most commercial soju. Compared to with Jinro Chamisul, JIB has a lower and subtle burning sensation after swallowing which makes it much more enjoyable when consumed on its own. It is not as harsh as other plain soju in the market, making it a versatile ingredient for cocktail-making.
