Scale
- 45ml of Chamisul Soju / Jinro is back
- 15ml oz Monin Elderflower Syrup/ St Germain Elderflower Liqueur
- 30ml lime sour mix (2 part of freshly squeezed lime, 1 part of honey)
- 25ml honey
- Soda water/ prosecco to top up
- Ice cubes
- Thyme sprigs
Instructions
- Measure out the quantities one by one and pour Jinro is Back soju, Monin Elderflower Syrup, lime sour mix and honey into the shaker to perform a dry shake*
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes – about ¾ of the way – to perform a wet shake until it is well chilled (Suggested timing: 10-12 seconds)
- Strain and pour directly into your choice of glass/cup
- Top up with enough soda water
- Garnish with a thyme sprig
- Serve right away
Notes
- Once the ice cubes are added, try not to shake the drink for too long as the ice cubes might melt and dilute the drink
- Adjust the sweetness to your liking with the amount of honey and tartness with the key lime
- To make a large batch, you can skip using the shaker. Mix the ingredients and chill, then simply pour into cocktail glasses filled with ice and top up with soda water. And a sprig of thyme!
