Elderflower and Lime Fizz Cocktail

  • Total Time: 10 mins

Description

Raise a toast with this Elderflower Fizz made with just 5 ingredients! This recipe makes for a light and refreshing cocktail that is dangerously easy to drink. Easy to make one, or a large batch to serve in a pitcher at your next party.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 45ml of Chamisul Soju / Jinro is back
  • 15ml oz Monin Elderflower Syrup/ St Germain Elderflower Liqueur
  • 30ml lime sour mix (2 part of freshly squeezed lime, 1 part of honey)
  • 25ml honey
  • Soda water/ prosecco to top up
  • Ice cubes
  • Thyme sprigs

Instructions

  1. Measure out the quantities one by one and pour Jinro is Back soju, Monin Elderflower Syrup, lime sour mix and honey into the shaker to perform a dry shake*
  2. Fill the shaker with ice cubes – about ¾ of the way – to perform a wet shake until it is well chilled (Suggested timing: 10-12 seconds)
  3. Strain and pour directly into your choice of glass/cup
  4. Top up with enough soda water
  5. Garnish with a thyme sprig
  6. Serve right away

Notes

  • Once the ice cubes are added, try not to shake the drink for too long as the ice cubes might melt and dilute the drink
  • Adjust the sweetness to your liking with the amount of honey and tartness with the key lime
  • To make a large batch, you can skip using the shaker. Mix the ingredients and chill, then simply pour into cocktail glasses filled with ice and top up with soda water. And a sprig of thyme!
