Description

Bite-sized chocolate tarts filled with tasty ready-made green tea spread.

Instructions

  1. Add butter and sugar into a bowl and mix it with a spatula. Add in an egg and continue mixing. Finally add in flour and cocoa powder and bring everything together into a dough
  2. Chill dough in fridge for 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat oven at 180C.
  4. Grab small balls of dough to fit into your mould. Poke holes with a fork and bake for 10-12 minutes.
  5. Let tarts cool. Fill tarts with the green tea spread and let them set in the fridge for an hour.
  6. Top with whipped cream and raspberries and serve!
