These Gochujang Chicken Wings are sweet, spicy and so deep in flavour – they make a great addition to any party or game day! Serve with some refreshing sides like pickled radish, seasoned cucumber and rice for a completely satisfying meal.

- 24 chicken wings, drumlets or mid-joints
- 4 tbsp gochujang
- 4 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp rice wine
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Instructions
What we love about this recipe is how simple it is.
- Wash. Rinse the chicken and drain well.
- Marinade. Combine all ingredients for marinade, mix in chicken and let them sit in fridge for 2-4 hours, overnight is best.
- Preheat oven at 218C for 10 mins.
- Bake. Spread the marinated chicken on a baking tray and bake for 20-25 mins, till the juice runs clear.
