How does it taste?

Hallabong Mandarin Orange has a taste profile that is very similar to Sejong Premium Icheon Makgeolli. On the nose, it has a hint of rice aroma accompanied by that from dried mandarin orange peel. On entry, the richness of the rice flavour will hit you with the thick and smooth texture from the fine rice sediments. It has a lighter body to bring out the subtle mandarin orange flavour that emerges gradually. Hallabong Mandarin Orange Makgeolli is curated with the deep and subtle mandarin orange peel to balance with the richness of the rice unlike typical overly sweet mandarin orange beverages.
