How does it taste?

Right off the bat, the expressive aroma of fruity, fresh peach will be the first thing that captures your attention. The rice sediments settle quickly, creating a light pinkish cheongju (the clear alcohol that emerges afterwards). Cheongju has a balance of sweetness and acidity, often with a fruity or floral aroma.

Similar to Chuga Yuzu Makgeolli, the profile of peach reaches every corner of your mouth. The fruitiness of the peach is coupled with a hint of floral sweetness, giving the drink a richer profile. The rice sediment is so fine that it enhances the overall mouthfeel, creating a medium finish. Comparing to Chuga Yuzu Makgeolli, this drink tastes richer with a elevated mouth coating experience that is appropriately balanced. Recommended for casual drinking after a long day of work or at social gatherings.
